What is the Purpose of App Permissions?
App permissions allow QuikApp-based applications to access specific device features only when required to deliver app functionality. All permissions are requested with user consent and are used strictly for the purpose described.
Users always remain in control and can enable or disable permissions from their device settings.
Camera Access
Purpose:
Allows the app to use the device camera to capture photos or videos directly within the app.
Common Use Cases:
- Profile photo uploads
- Document scanning
- QR code scanning
- Augmented Reality (AR) features
The camera is accessed only when the user initiates an action (such as taking a photo). No images or videos are captured or shared without user permission.
GPS/Location Access
Purpose:
Enables location-based features to improve app functionality and user experience.
Common Use Cases:
- Maps and navigation
- Finding nearby stores or services
- Location-based content and recommendations
- Weather updates
Location data is used only to provide relevant features and is not tracked or shared without consent.
Microphone Access
Purpose:

Audio is recorded only when explicitly triggered by the user. The app does not listen or record in the background without permission.
