1. OverviewQuikApp is a subscription-based platform that allows you to convert your website into a mobile application. Our services are offered under BasicAgency, and Corporate plans, as well as a credit/points-based system that can be topped up as needed.We also provide a 60-day trial period for new users to explore our features before purchasing a plan.
2. Free Trial Policy
  • New users are eligible for a 60-day free trial (unless otherwise stated).
  • During this period, you may access the platform and test its features with limited or full functionality.
  • No payment is required during the trial period.
  • After the trial ends, you can choose a paid plan to continue using QuikApp.
  • If you do not upgrade, your account may be suspended or downgraded automatically.
3. Subscription and Payment Policy
  • All paid plans and credit top-ups are prepaid and billed in advance.
  • Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.
  • Subscription fees, top-up credits, and other purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) or local currency (where available).
  • Taxes may apply depending on your country or region.
4. Credit / Points SystemQuikApp operates on a credit-based (points) model for app builds, usage, and additional features.
  • Credits are deducted based on the actions you perform (for example, building an app, enabling premium modules, or API usage).
  • Once credits are exhausted, you must purchase a top-up to continue using the service.
  • Credits or points are non-transferable and non-refundable, even if unused.
  • Credits may expire after a specific period (as mentioned in your plan or account dashboard).
5. Refund EligibilityRefunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  2.  If you were charged twice for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
  3. Technical Error on Our Side:
  4.  If a payment was processed but you did not receive access to your plan or credits due to a verified system error, we will correct it or issue a refund.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Unused subscription time or credits.
  • Incompatibility with third-party tools or services.
  • Rejection of your app by app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store) due to content, configuration, or policy violations.
  • Service interruptions caused by external dependencies (Firebase, AdMob, hosting downtime, etc.).
6. Refund ProcessIf you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our billing team at support@quikapp.co with the following details:
  • Registered email address
  • Payment ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for refund request
Once your request is received:
  • Our team will review it within 5–7 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
7.1 Auto-Renewal
    • Depending on your plan, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
    • You will be notified in advance before renewal.
    • You may disable auto-renewal from your account settings at any time before the next billing date.
7.2 Cancellation
    • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your QuikApp dashboard or by contacting support.
    • Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
    • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time or credits.
    • After your subscription ends, access to premium features and unused credits may be removed or limited.
8. App Store PurchasesIf you purchased a QuikApp-related service (such as app upgrades or add-ons) through a third-party app store (like Google Play or Apple App Store), that store’s refund policy will apply. Please contact the respective app store directly to request a refund for those purchases.
9. Changes to Pricing or PlansQuikApp reserves the right to modify pricing, plan features, or credit usage terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email prior to implementation. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
10. Policy UpdatesWe may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect business or legal changes. The latest version will always be available on our website, and we will notify users of significant updates by email or notification.
