1. About QuikApp

QuikApp enables users to convert websites into mobile applications using WebView technology.

Our platform offers customization features including:

• Splash screens

• Logos

• Push notifications

• Chatbots

• Loading indicators

• Bottom navigation

• UI customization tools

No coding knowledge is required.

QuikApp operates on a subscription-based SaaS model with plans such as Basic, Agency, and Corporate. Certain services may operate on a credit or points-based system. A promotional free trial (such as 60 days) may be offered at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any plan, feature, or pricing at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must create an account to access most features.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• All activity under your account is your responsibility.

• You must notify us immediately at support@quikapp.co if unauthorized access occurs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations.

4. Subscription Plans, Credits & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

QuikApp offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

4.2 Credits / Points

• Certain services operate on a credit-based system.

• Credits may be required for builds, usage, or premium services.

• Credits may expire according to your subscription plan or billing cycle.

• Expired credits are non-refundable.

4.3 Free Trial

Free trials may be offered to new users. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

4.4 Payments & International Transactions

• Payments may be processed in USD, or other supported currencies.

• All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers, including Razorpay and its authorized international partners.

• By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.

• Currency conversion rates and international transaction fees (if any) are determined by your bank or payment provider.

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your local jurisdiction.

5. App Creation Requirements

To create an app, you must provide:

• A valid and responsive website URL

• Required branding assets

• Firebase configuration (if push notifications are enabled)

• AdMob ID (if advertisements are enabled)

• Keystore files / provisioning details (Android & iOS builds)

Incorrect configuration may result in app build errors or app store rejection. QuikApp is not responsible for rejections caused by third-party platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and must not:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

• Distribute malware or harmful code

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform

• Attempt to breach system security

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

QuikApp integrates with third-party services such as:

• Firebase

• AdMob

• Google Analytics

• Payment gateways

• Other APIs

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. QuikApp is not responsible for third-party service performance, downtime, or data practices.

8. WebView & Third-Party Website Responsibility

QuikApp apps primarily display external websites using WebView technology.

We:

• Do not control website content

• Do not manage third-party transactions

• Are not responsible for website data collection practices

Users interact with third-party websites at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, branding, software, and content belong to Pixaware Technology Solutions Private Limited.

You retain ownership of your own website content and assets.

By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content solely for app creation, hosting, and maintenance purposes.

Unauthorized copying or misuse of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime

• Error-free operation

• Compatibility with all devices or app store policies

• Approval by Google Play or Apple App Store

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixaware Technology Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunity

• App store rejection

• Service interruptions beyond our control

• Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixaware Technology Solutions Private Limited and its affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Violation of these Terms

• Infringement of third-party rights

• Content displayed within your WebView application

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in misuse or fraud

• Fail to make required payments

Upon termination:

• Access to Services will be revoked

• Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period

You may cancel your subscription according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Modifications to Services

We may update or discontinue features, pricing, or plans at any time.

Significant changes may be communicated via:

• Email

• Platform notification

• Website notice

Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of changes.

15. International Use

We operate from India but provide Services globally.

Users accessing the Services from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
