1. About QuikApp
QuikApp enables you to effortlessly convert your website into a mobile application.
Our platform allows customization features such as splash screens, logos, push notifications, chatbots, loading indicators, bottom navigation, and more — all without requiring coding knowledge.
QuikApp offers subscription-based plans (Basic, Agency, and Corporate) and operates on a credit/points system. Users can top up credits as needed and start with a 60-day free trial.
2. Eligibility
To use QuikApp, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- Provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
If you are using QuikApp on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You must create an account to access most QuikApp features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.
- Notify us immediately at support@quikapp.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
QuikApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
4. Subscription Plans, Credits & Payments
4.1 Plans
QuikApp offers three subscription plans: Basic, Agency, and Corporate, each with varying features and credit limits.
4.2 Credits / Points
Our system operates on a credit-based model.
- Credits are consumed based on your app usage, build actions, or additional services.
- If all credits are used, you can continue using the service by purchasing a top-up plan.
- Unused credits may expire as per the terms of your plan or renewal cycle.
4.3 Trial Period
New users may be eligible for a 60-day free trial, which allows full or limited access to the platform.
QuikApp reserves the right to modify or cancel the trial offer at any time.
4.4 Payments
- Payments for subscriptions or top-ups are processed securely through our payment partners.
- All prices are displayed in INR or your local currency (where available).
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or specified otherwise in our refund policy.
5. App Creation Requirements
To use QuikApp, you must provide:
- A valid website URL with responsive design.
- Required branding assets such as logo and splash screen in supported formats.
- Firebase configuration files for push notifications.
- AdMob ID (optional) for advertisement integration.
- Keystore files and provisioning details (for Android and iOS builds).
Failure to provide accurate files or configurations may result in errors or app rejection by app stores, for which QuikApp is not responsible.
6. Use of Services
You agree to use QuikApp solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use QuikApp for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activity.
- Upload or distribute content that infringes on copyright, trademarks, or third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the platform’s code.
- Attempt to access restricted areas of the system or compromise its security.
QuikApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Your app may integrate with third-party tools and services such as:
- Firebase (push notifications)
- AdMob (advertisements)
- Google Analytics (tracking and insights)
- Or any other third-party apps or APIs you choose to integrate with QuikApp
These services are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. QuikApp does not control or take responsibility for their data practices, performance, or content.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, graphics, and materials available on QuikApp are owned by Pixaware Technology Solutions Private Limited or its licensors.
- You retain ownership of your content, logos, and website materials used within your app.
- By uploading assets to QuikApp, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to use them only for the purpose of generating and maintaining your mobile app.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of QuikApp’s code or design is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixaware Technology Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of revenue, profits, or data).
- Errors resulting from incorrect configurations or third-party integrations.
- App rejection by app stores due to non-compliance with their policies.
- Downtime, bugs, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control (including service outages or third-party failures).
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using QuikApp.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
QuikApp is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices and app stores.
11. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms,
- Misuse our platform, or
- Fail to pay required fees.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will end immediately, and any stored data may be deleted.
12. Modifications to the Service
We may update, enhance, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.
This includes adding new features, changing pricing, or updating usage terms.
Significant changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixaware Technology Solutions Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:
- Your use of QuikApp,
- Violation of these Terms, or
- Infringement of third-party rights through your content or app.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
The updated version will always be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of QuikApp after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
