QuikApp Chatbot
The QuikApp Chatbot is an intelligent in-app assistant that helps users quickly find information within your mobile app.
Instead of navigating through multiple pages or menus, users can simply type or speak what they’re looking for, and the chatbot instantly guides them to the relevant page, section, or content on your website.
The chatbot will appear as a floating button within your application. Alternatively, you can enable chatbot in the bottom navigation feature and add the chatbot as a menu item.
This improves navigation, reduces user effort, and ensures faster access to important information.
How the Chatbot Works
The chatbot is designed to understand user queries and respond instantly. It can be customized to match your business tone, style, and content needs.
It works in two primary ways:
1. Pre-Set Responses
These responses are built into the system. When a user asks a related question, the chatbot automatically replies with the corresponding pre-set message. Such as,
