Account Center Guide

The Account Center is your central hub for managing personal information, subscription details, credit balances, and overall account security within QuikApp. Use this guide to navigate your dashboard effectively.

How to Access the Account Center

  • Log in to your QuikApp Dashboard.
  • Locate your Profile Avatar or account icon (found in the top-right corner of the navigation bar).
  • Click the icon to open the Dropdown Menu.
  • Select the Account Center to enter your management page.

Tabs and Functionality

1. Profile
Manage your identity and security credentials.
  • Personal Details: Update your First Name, Last Name, and Contact Number.
  • Email Address: View the primary email registered to your account.
  • Profile Picture: Upload or change your account avatar.
  • Password Management: Reset or update your password regularly to maintain security.
2. Subscription
Monitor your current tier and resource limits.
  • Current Plan Details: View your active tier (e.g., Free Trial, Basic, Agency, Corporate) and renewal dates.
  • Project Limits: Track the maximum number of project slots available under your plan.
  • Credit Limits: View the total monthly credits allocated to your specific tier.
3. Credits
Credits are the currency for generation tasks and specific actions.
  • Available Balance: Check your current remaining credit total.
  • Credit Top-up: Purchase additional credits. Top-up rates are tailored based on your tier (Basic, Agency, or Corporate).
  • Usage Breakdown: Review which services or features are consuming your credits

4. Transaction History
Your financial ledger for all QuikApp investments.
  • Past Invoices: View and download invoices for subscriptions and top-ups in PDF format.
  • Transaction Details: Monitor the Date, Amount, Transaction ID, and Status (Successful, Pending, Failed).
  • Filtering: Audit your spending by filtering by date range or payment type.

Project Transfer

Securely hand off project ownership to another user.
Note: The recipient must have an active paid plan with available project slots. Transfers to Free Trial users are not permitted.

Detailed Steps to Transfer a Project:
  1. Go to the Settings tab and locate Project Transfer.
  2. Click Initiate Transfer.
  3. Select Project: Choose the specific project from your active list.
  4. Enter Recipient Email: Input the recipient’s exact QuikApp registered email.
  5. Acknowledge Warnings: Confirm that you understand you will lose all ownership and access rights.
  6. Confirm Transfer: Click Transfer Project. A security code will be sent via email or SMS.
  7. Verify & Complete: Enter the code. The transfer is finalized once the recipient accepts.
  8. Recent Transfers Table: Monitor your history via the table below the initiation section, showing:
  9. Project Name | Recipient Email | Request Date | Status (Pending/Accepted)
Account Deletion
Permanently remove your data from the QuikApp ecosystem.
  • Pre-requisite: You must cancel any active subscriptions to avoid further billing before deleting.
  • The Process: Click Delete Account, review the data loss warnings, and enter your password to authorize.
  • Warning: This action is irreversible. All projects, assets, and remaining credits will be permanently erased.
  • Re-registration: You may sign up again with the same email in the future, but you will start as a brand-new user with no recovered data.
